Janie, Amie and Jolie Sikes, better known as Junk Gypsy, were paving the way for DIY and picking even before I started pitching my show. As soon as I saw them, I admired and was also inspired by their attention to their brand, (they were glittering, decoupaging, fringing and repurposing long before you could get idea simply from a “pin”), and their sense of self in an authentic Texas-Americana fashion.

We’re honored to host their book signing in my Nashville store (1300 Clinton St. Ste. #130 Nashville, TN 37203) from 2-4pm on November 12. We’ll have their new book, Junk Gypsy: Designing a Life at the Crossroads of Wonder and Wander, on hand for sale and for Amie + Jolie to sign. My staff and I are excited to have a little bit of Texas in Nashville! -Mike

Oh this is super exciting. I love the Junk Gypsies.. I will be there for sure. Will there be a charge other than buying the book?
