Back in the 1920's it was common to see this heavy porcelain sign fastened to a barrel of Howel's Root Beer which explains the curve to the sign. The company bottled the beverage in St. Louis, Missouri for decades before selling their formula in the 1950's to A & W. Measures: 12” x 7”
